The crowd looks to be between 3,500 and 5,000 people, and the venue is a tiny arena. Chris Charlton and Walker Stewart offered analysis. Nine of the ten teams competing in the competition are represented in the Super Junior Tag League finals, which are airing on this broadcast (sorry, Taka Mchinoku and Douki, who were left off.)

1. Yoshiki Kato and Mochizuki Jr. and Strong Machine Jr. were defeated at 6:39 by Ryusuke Taguchi, The DKC, and Boltin Oleg.I haven’t heard of any of the Dragon Gate trio. Donning a mask like to that of a Bushi, Strong Machine launched himself at the enormous Oleg. At 2:30, Kato made his entrance. According to Charlton, Kato has been wrestling for less than a year, and his trunks bear the Texas Longhorn emblem. Strong Machine Jr. was worked on by DKC and Taguchi. Powerful assault from SMJ. At 4:30, Mochizuki Jr. arrived; he looked very blonde and gave DKC a flawless Mafia Kick. Taguchi gave Mochizuki Jr. a flying buttbump using the top rope. With a German Suplex, Mochikzuki Jr. retaliated against Taguchi. Mochizuki Jr. tapped out when Taguchi locked him in an ankle hold. A good exhibition game.

2. At 4:42, Jeff Cobb and Callum Newman of “United Empire” defeated Yuto Nakashima and Oskar Leube. Callum started with Yuto. Cobb gave Yuto a standing moonsault. At 2:00, Yuto gave Cobb a bodyslam, and according to Charlton, the dojo is “as crowded as it’s ever been in our 51-year history.” Leube tackled Cobb’s shoulder to bring him down. Cobb exploded into the crowd at 4:00 with a double Olympic Slam. Cobb made fun of taking a dive but stopped. witty. Newman almost missed both men when he flipped over the top rope. Cobb pinned Leube with a swinging powerslam during the Tour of the Islands. The ideal length and fun.

Three. In a four-way tag match at 5:42, Master Wato and El Desperado defeated “Bullet Club War Dogs” Drilla Moloney, Clark Connors, Robbie Eagles, Kosei Fujita, Yoh, and Musashi.Eight men fought in the ring because there were no tags. Moloney gave the Eagles a rollup, just as he had pinned him a few days earlier in less than four minutes. At 2:30, BCWD nearly brought Wato down with a team suplex. Yoh and Musashi play Falcon Arrows in stereo. At 4:30, Wato flipped into four people who were on the ground. In the ring, Desperado attempted a back suplex on Musashi, but many opponents saved him. Eagles put Musashi in a leglock known as the Ron Miller Special. But Desperado unexpectedly landed a rollup on Fujita for the pin. Fun, but surprisingly brief. It’s still evident that Desperado isn’t “all in” on his relationship with Wato.

4. At 10:54, Shingo Takagi, Bushi, and Titan—also known as “Los Ingobernobles de Japon”—were defeated by Tama Tonga, Kevin Knight, and Kushida.Knight and Titan performed some quick lucha reversals to start. After entering, Kushida worked on Titan’s left arm and tied him up on the mat. At three-thirty, Titan dove into Kushida on the floor. Shingo came in and started working over Kushida. At six thirty, Kushida tagged in Tama after hitting a Flatliner into the middle turnbuckle. After Tama delivered several blows to Shingo, the commentators discussed their fight from a week prior in Las Vegas, where Shingo emerged victorious in the NEVER Openweight division as they exchanged forearm strikes. Each of them executed an Exploder Suplex.

At nine-thirty, Bushi arrived and executed a double huracanrana before diving to the floor on Tama. Tama gave Shingo a flawless Tongan Twist faceplant in the ring. Knight gave Titan a beautiful dropkick. Knight launched himself off the ring with his springboard dive onto LIJ. Tama dropped Bushi with a strong clothesline in the ring. Tama wants a rematch for his title, according to Stewart. Tama gave Bushi the perfect Gun Stun for the pin. Tama asked for another match as she picked up the belt and returned it to Shingo.

* Robbie Eagles entered the chat.

5.At 11:10, Tetsuya Naito and Yota Tsuji of “Los Ingobernobles de Japon” overcame Sanada and Yuya Uemura of “Just 5 Guys.”Walker announced that the match has been extended to a 30-minute time restriction due to prior time-limit draws. Eagles were ecstatic about Tsuji and Uemura’s departure on their adventure and their rapid progress. After a fierce fight between Yota and Yuya, Uemura grounded Tsuji. At 2:30, Sanada came in and tramped on Tsuji. Naito whipped Yuya into the guardrail while lying on the floor. After entering the ring, Naito gave Sanada a cellar dropkick, and LIJ worked over him in their corner. At five o’clock, Naito hit a huracanrana for a nearfall.

When Sanada hit the Magic Screw swinging neckbreaker with Naito’s foot on the top rope, they were both down. Entering, Yuya turned back to face Tsuji. Yuya nearly fell on a bulldog. At 8:30, Tsuji brought a modified Falcon Arrow close to a nearfall; the Eagles called a variation of an Orange Crush. Yuya nearly fell after hitting a German suplex and then another one. At 10:30 on Tsuji, Yuya executed a top-rope crossbody block. Tsuji unexpectedly hammered a spear to Yuya for the pin. Excellent contest, far superior to any of the recent 20-minute draws.

6. Tanga Loa (w/Jado) lost against David Finlay (w/Gedo) at 13:05.Loa was trying to enter the ring when Finlay attacked, and they started fighting on the floor right away. Finlay was whipped into the guardrails by Loa. Loa struck his opponents in the throat and chest with his punch. They immediately returned to fighting on the ground, where Finlay buried Loa beneath barricades. At five o’clock, Loa jumped back into the ring and was counted out. Finlay was in complete control and hit a DDT for a nearfall. Eagles noticed that Loa was holding onto his injured knee. At eight thirty, Loa whipped Finlay against the guardrail as they battled their way back to the ground.

At 9:30 in the ring, Loa nearly fell with a 619 and a top-rope missile dropkick. They exchanged forearm strikes until Loa nearly fell with a Blue Thunder Bomb. Finlay executed a nearfall with a standing powerbomb. A swinging Boss Man Slam by Loa resulted in a nearfall at 12:30. While the referee was out of position, Finlay used the shillelagh to give Loa a headshot. Finlay hit the pin with a flawless Oblivion neckbreaker over his knee. Good fight.

6. At 1:20, Jon Moxley and Great-O-Khan were double counted out. After flipping Moxley to the ground and sneaking up on him, O-Khan started fighting at the ringside. The referee was counting them out when they got into a scuffle far from ringside. At 1:20, there is a double count-out after the referee counted to 20. “Let them fight!” was yelled by the crowd.Taking the stage, Moxley declared, “I’m not leaving Japan without a piece of your ass!”He issued him a challenge to an Osaka falls-count-anywhere match. By tossing a chair at Moxley, O-Khan seemed to be taking him up on his offer. (My stopwatch has been cleared and resumed.)

8b. In a falls count anywhere match, Jon Moxley prevailed against Great-O-Khan at 15:03.They scuffled away from the arena, against a wall. At 2:00, GOK pushed Moxley onto a cart and crashed it into rows of chairs. Charlton remarked, “It’s a day ending in ‘Y,’ Jon Moxley is bleeding.” When O-Khan threw barriers at Moxley, he almost fell. Fan scuttling around, Moxley threw O-Khan into the rows of unoccupied chairs, allowing them space to work. At five o’clock, they entered the ramp, where O-Khan used his modified Anaconda Vice and gave Moxley a nearfall by double-arm suplex.

GOK landed on Yuto Nakashima on the floor when Moxley pushed O-Khan off the ramp; Charlton speculated that Yuto may have just saved GOK’s life. Taking out a pair of scissors, Moxley If Moxley chopped off O-Khan’s ponytail, Eagles pondered! As expected, around 7:30, Moxley chopped off the ponytail! This caused the crowd to go crazy. Moxley managed to get away from O-Khan’s Triangle Choke on the mat and apply a Figure Four Leglock instead. Charlton scoffed at them for suddenly engaging in wrestling holds following all of the fighting. O-Khan used a breakaway crossarm.

At 10:30, they traded kicks and Moxley hit a nearfall with an elbow blow to the side of the head. They collided with two clotheslines. For a credible nearfall, O-Khan sprang off a chair and executed a flawless Superman Punch. At 12:30, O-Khan lifted him up and used a modified Tombstone Piledriver to get a nearfall. After they battled their way up the stairs, O-Khan threw a chair at Moxley’s back. At precisely 14:00, Moxley kicked O-Khan, causing him to plummet to the bottom of the steps. I didn’t witness O-Khan tap out, but Moxley executed a flawless Death Rider double-arm DDT and choked the opponent nude on the ground before the referee rang for the bell.

8. At 16:20, “The Mighty Don’t Kneel” Zack Sabre Jr., Shane Haste, and Mikey Nicholls were beaten by Kazuchika Okada, Tomohiro Ishii, and Hiroshi Tanahashi.Standing switches were used by Ishii and Sabre to open. At 2:00, Tanahashi and Nicholls exchanged standing reversals. Tanahashi was struck by Haste from behind, causing him to crash Hiroshi onto the ring apron. TMDK started to work on Tanahashi. Around five thirty, Hiroshi hit a second-rope crossbody block on Sabre. Nicholls and Haste unintentionally gave each other a clothesline. At seven o’clock, Okada entered hot tag for the first time and proceeded to land several bodyslams, a DDT on Haste, and a plancha on Nicholls.

Okada gave Haste a neckbreaker in the ring over his knee and used the Money Clip sleeper hold. Haste suplexed Okada, sending him to the mat face-first. Nicholls struck Tanahashi with a sliding clothesline. At nine-thirty Okada hit a double DDT. Both Sabre and Ishii tagged back in. With a quick German suplex, Sabre struck. Ishii plucked a stiff clothesline. For a nearfall, Sabre received an O’Connor Roll and some more inventive rollups. At 11:30, they both went down after getting up and exchanging slaps. Ishii then executed an enzuigiri. After reentering, Tanahashi unleashed Dragonscrew Legwhips on all of his opponents, which infuriated him.

Tanahashi tied Sabre in an Octopus mid-ring. Okada gave Nicholls a flake. After a credible nearfall, Sabre tied Hiroshi up on the ground after getting a backslide on Tanahashi, but Ishii saved the day. Okada gave Haste a dropkick. Tanahashi struck Nicholls with a Sling Blade. At 14:30, the champions nearly brought Sabre down with a stomach-first slam. Sabre moved, but Tanahashi went for the High Fly Flow. Haste and Nicholls hit their team DDT. At sixteen minutes, Sabre gave Tanahashi a credible nearfall with a running penalty kick. He lifted Tanahashi, but Hiroshi unexpectedly managed to pin Sabre with an inside cradle.

9. At 18:41, “House of Torture” Sho and Yoshinobu Kanemaru lost to “Catch 2/2” TJP and Francesco Akira, who went on to win the Super Junior Tag League.First to fall were Sho and Kanemaru. EVIL, Dick Togo, and Yujiro Takahashi then launched a floor attack as C22 advanced to the ringside. The pundits claimed that although the rest of the United Empire is receiving medical care, they are unable to even the odds. Akira leaped over the referee and onto the HoT when the ref stopped C22 from diving to the ground. Around 2:00 even, the bell rang. After being flung into a railing, TJP gripped his hurt neck, which he had been selling the entire tournament. A DDT was struck by Kanemaru onto the open floor! Akira threw TJP into the ring to stop the countout as the referee was about to reach 20. Good.

Kanemaru’s attention was drawn to TJP’s broken neck right away. At 8:30, Sho used a modified Triangle Choke. While Kanemaru was bound in the Tree of Woe, Akira made the hot tag and delivered a cellar DDT. At 10:30, Akira executed an Asai moonsault onto her heels. He nearly fell on Sho with a top-rope crossbody block before hitting a German suplex. Sho executed the cross-arm piledriver Shock Arrow perfectly on TJP. After landing a lungblower and a second-rope superplex on Akira, Kanemaru applied a deep Boston Crab and transitioned to a leglock. At fourteen minutes, TJP hit a Mamba Splash frogsplash on Kanemaru.

TJP was pushed by Kanemaru into the referee, causing the ref to fall. After loudly booing the remaining members of the HoT, they fled to the ring and trampled on C22. At 16:00, Callum Newman and Jeff Cobb entered the ring and began attacking EVIL, among other things. Cobb gave Boltin Oleg the command to bring Togo to the back once he was thrown into his arms. Cobb carried EVIL to the back and placed him on his shoulders. As Kanemaru reached for his bottle of whiskey, Akira unleashed a superkick that splattered alcohol all over the place. TJP nearly fell after dousing Kanemaru with booze. The tornado DDT struck TJP. For the pin, TJP and Akira delivered a running double knee to Kanemaru’s jaw. Nice fight, but I never once believed that HoT was in the lead. Again, 16:40 is probably the official time. The cool awards were given to TJP and Akira.

Ten. To keep the IWGP Jr. title, Hiromu Takahashi defeated Taiji Ishimori. At 20:41, the heavyweight title. They traded rollups right away. Ishimori aimed for the left shoulder on the ground. Reentering the ring, he took off a few corner protectors. Hiromu entered the ring and pretended to have a shoulder injury. At five o’clock Ishimori hit a huracanrana. Ishimori was sent into the guardrail by Takahashi’s shotgun dropkick, which he delivered from the ring apron to the ground. Hiromu hit a Falcon Arrow for a nearfall in the ring. At 8:30, Ishimori nailed a shoulder breaker over his knee to maintain control. Hiromu gave an elbow a roll. After exchanging German Suplexes, they both went down at 10:00 after hitting double clotheslines.

Hiromu managed to break free and land a Dynamite Plunger sideslam as Ishimori prepared for a Styles Clash. At 13:00, Ishimori delivered a lungblower move to the chest. On the mat, Ishimori used the modified crossface and bone lock. At 15:00, Hiromu delivered a flawless sideslam to score a nearfall. At 16:30, Ishimori made a low blow kick when the referee was out of position. He then used a Gedo Clutch to make a convincing nearfall, and both of them went down. Hiromu retaliated with a clothesline that severed the head. At 19:30, Hiromu thrashed about the mat until he reached the ropes, while Taiji returned to the Bone Lock. Ishimori nailed a leaping knee to the chin, while Hiromu delivered a superkick. Rolling him up, Hiromu leaned back to gain leverage and won the pin! That was excellent, and I didn’t realize we were almost done. Walker claimed that it was his seventh defense that worked.

11. At 40:16, Will Ospreay overcomes Shota Umino to keep the IWGP U.S. (UK) Title. Right away, Charlton brought up the fact that Shota’s father, “Red Shoes,” is the referee. He questioned whether Red Shoes would sound the bell early in order to keep his son safe. Ospreay is 3-0 all-time in their meetings, according to Walker. Turn on standing switches. At 4:00, Shota went for an STF, but Ospreay hurried to the ropes right away. Ospreay struck a plancha and then a huracanrana to the ground. He struck Umino with a railing. He placed one of those sturdy Japanese tables near the edge of the ring. Shota landed a back bodydrop onto the thin floor mat.

At 7:00, Ospreay delivered a Mafia Kick and many chops in the ring before landing a backbreaker over his knee for a one-count. Ospreay leaned back on the arms and applied a double armbar. At nine-thirty, Umino retaliated with a flying forearm. Shota struck the side of the head with an elbow strike in the Moxley style. At 11:30, Ospreay countered with a handspring-back-spin kick and a springboard flying forearm, nearly tumbling to the ground. Eagles is excellent at commenting, thoroughly outperforming Ospreay’s offensive line. After putting Umino’s head in a corner and kicking him several times, Ospreay spat in his face! Umino was actually hit by one of those kicks since he was bleeding from the nose. At precisely 13:30, Umino floored Ospreay with a forearm strike.

The referee had to remove Umino from Ospreay after he trampled him on the ropes. A DDT was pounded onto the ring apron by Umino. (A playback of this fight showed how nasty it looked.) They fought on the ground, with Umino hitting Ospreay with a whip. At 15:30, he delivered a shotgun dropkick that launched Ospreay over the rails and into the first row. At ringside, Shota whipped Ospreay into rows of empty red chairs. At seventeen thirty, Umino slammed Ospreay’s head against a table and proceeded to whip the table at Ospreay’s head. Umino placed that table next to the one he had set up before the game. On the ring apron, he set himself up for a Death Rider, but Ospreay blocked it.

At 18:30, Ospreay struck a flying forearm top rope to the back of the neck inside the ring. Umino sank to his knees as Ospreay attempted a running Shooting Star Press. Ospreay intercepted Umino’s dropkick attempt and delivered a powerbomb. Awesome sequence. At twenty-nine, Ospreay attempted to grab the Oscutter, but Umino stopped him with a dropkick, and they both went down. Umino delivered a slingshot stunner and a running neckbreaker. At 21:30, Shota nearly fell after hitting an Exploder Suplex and then his own second-rope Oscutter. With a mid-ring Spanish fly from Ospreay, they were both out. At 23:00, Ospreay delivered a Helluva Kick and attempted a nearfall with the Leap of Faith top-rope corkscrew press.

Once more, they brawled on the ring apron, during which Ospreay drove a Tiger Driver through two tables (which actually broke!). At 23:30, they were both on the ground. According to Charlton, there is truth to the tales about Japanese tables being as sturdy as rocks. Before the 20-count, Umino entered the ring, but Ospreay quickly applied a cellar dropkick and an Oscutter for a nearfall. Shota, though, sidestepped the Hidden Blade. At 27:30, Ospreay had a credible nearfall after taking a Hidden Blade to the jaw. They exchanged forearm strikes once Umino stood up, though Umino’s was weaker.

Ospreay delivered a superkick and a half-nelson suplex. Shota threw himself on the ground. Shota appeared stunned as Ospreay stunned him with a Buzzsaw Kick and a Hook Kick to the mouth. Ospreay repeatedly struck the back of the head and then the face with his forearms.Suddenly, Jon Moxley showed up at ringside and pushed Moxley to stand up. “Don’t give up!”He yelled. Ospreay delivered a second Hook Kick. At precisely three o’clock, Shota delivered a clothesline and applied the STF, but Ospreay got to the ropes. Shota delivered a brutal neckbreaker. Shota evaded the Stormbreaker after Ospreay pulled him up for it, and at 32:00, he nearly fell with a faceplant.

Umino nearly fell with a DDT and a swinging DDT. At 34:30, Umino executed a flawless top-rope Death Rider for a convincing nearfall. At 36:30, Shota took out another Death Rider and his own Hidden Blade, bringing them both to the ground. They slapped each other on the head. They stood up and gripped one other’s wrists as they exchanged forearm strikes. Pop-up European Uppercut was delivered by Umino. Hit a Shotgun Dropkick, Shota. Ospreay made a credible nearfall at 40:00 by hitting a Hidden Blade and then a vertical Tiger Driver. Ospreay secured the pin with the Stormbreaker after nailing the Hidden Blade to the back of the head. A fantastic match.

* Moxley challenged Ospreay in the ring. But David Finlay leaped into the arena and used his shillelagh to assault both men! Finlay declared that they had unresolved business while he stood over Ospreay. After destroying the U.S. and UK crowns with a massive mallet/sledgehammer, he exited the ring with Ospreay and Moxley still down.

Conclusion: Another outstanding Ospreay duel. Once more, I’ll let people decide how many stars it deserves, but I won’t be shocked if it receives a lot of praise. I will rank Okada’s six-man tag as the second best, surpassing even Hiromu-Ishimori. A fantastic show that concluded certain storylines and started new ones. Well done.

Kim Kardashian helps plan hairstylist Chris Appleton’s Vegas wedding weekend, and the subject of tattoos comes up. In a twist no one saw coming, Kim, 43, has some shocking news to share with the world. In the November 9 episode of The Kardashians, Kim shows off her secret lip tattoo. Kim explains that she got the lip tattoo after hosting Saturday Night Live on October 9, 2021.

She pulls down her lip to show Chris the tattoo, which is a simple infinity symbol on the inside of her lower lip. Kim and all of her friends got matching tattoos after she made her SNL hosting debut. While her friends got the infinity symbol on their hands, Kim decided to get hers on her lip!

Kim hosting SNL in 2021 has proven to be one of the most memorable nights for the reality star. That’s the night her romance with Pete Davidson first sparked. Kim and Pete dated from October 2021 to August 2022. While they were dating, Pete got “my girl is a lawyer” tattooed near his collarbone and “Kim” inked on his chest.

Kim also reveals videos she took of the night she got her lip tattoo. La La Anthony was by Kim’s side and holding her legs as the tattoo artist inked up Kim’s lip. “I finally put a bumper sticker on a Bentley,” Kim says to Chris.

The SKIMS founder admits that “no one knows” about her tattoo, and she even forgets about it most of the time. Kim does admit that she’ll sometimes freak out when she sees the black ink on her lip when she’s flossing her teeth.

Back in 2009, Kim famously talked about her lack of ink during an interview on The Wendy Williams Show. When Wendy Williams asked Kim about having no tattoos, Kim replied, “Honey, would you put a bumper sticker on a Bentley?” Well, times have certainly changed for Kimmy K!

Kim plans the most epic wedding weekend for her longtime hairstylist and Lukas Gage. She surprises them with a special Shania Twain performance and even officiates their ceremony. New episodes of The Kardashians premiere Thursdays on Hulu.

‘The Golden Bachelor’s Faith Martin Was In A Rut Before Turning 60. Here, She Reveals What Changed

Published

Martin has vowed not to look back or wish she had her revelation sooner. She will not turn back, no matter what happens with Turner, 72. Rather, she’s accepting the lessons the challenging years have taught her.

“My face is covered in numerous scars. Although I haven’t been kind to myself, things are as they are,” she remarks. “I’m too busy right now enjoying life, working, and doing the things I love.” We feel happiest when we pursue our passions. Perhaps we also appear younger.

In the latest episode of Drop the Routine on Glamour, Martin shares her self-care routine, particularly in light of her experience with skin cancer. She also discusses her willingness to discuss injectables and her go-to moisturizer.

Since I developed skin cancer on my nose last year, sunscreen is the one thing I’ve become fervent about. Because of the divot that resulted from the biopsy on my nose, I always advise people to use sunscreen. Unfortunately, a lot of sunscreens have an odd fragrance, cover your face entirely in white, and make you appear strange. However, Superscreen Daily Moisturizer SPF 40 from Supergoop applies easily and transparently. I also use the tinted moisturizer with sunscreen from Supergoop!. After that, I just applied bronzer. I only use bronzer; I don’t use foundation.

Frank’s rosehip oil body as lotions frequently feel [too] thick on the skin. And I use coconut oil—the cooking kind—if I’m not using this. I simply grab the jug. I started using coconut oil since the thick lotions didn’t feel right and I would get dry patches while I was outside in the sun. I would simply grab some olive or coconut oil and apply it to myself. I also wrapped it around my cuticles. I always apply Nivea to my neck as well.

We frequently have the opportunity to perform endorsement-type work in radio, so I do advertisements for the New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics in Washington. In 2018, they requested that I do an AquaGold microchannel microinjector treatment. Your own blood platelets are extracted, and Botox and filler are also injected. They applied pressure to my entire body. And I promise that as soon as they completed that, I became aware of a change in the texture of my skin. Because I have complete faith in Dr. Rachel Fidino, I’m fine if she gives me a little prod here and there. Twice a year, I have Botox, specifically for the wrinkles that run between my eyebrows. You’re sitting there thinking to yourself, “Why am I poking myself and hurting my face with this?” However, after four days or so, you say, “Yes, I really love this.”

Matthew Perry Dead at 54 Ian Ziering Mira Sorvino and More Stars React 746
Zac Efron is hoping to pay tribute to his late co-star Matthew Perry in the future.

The fact that he is no longer with us still breaks my heart, 36-year-old Zac Efron said to Extra on Wednesday, November 8.

Perry wanted Efron to portray a younger version of him in a potential biopic, according to his friend Athenna Crosby, who made this revelation in an interview with ET Canada following the Friends alum’s passing.

“I felt incredibly honored. On Wednesday, Efron stated, “To do it would be extraordinary.” “We’ll observe the situation.”

Crosby claims that Perry stated he “was gonna ask [Efron] soon” about the potential part.

Following his death at the age of 54, actor Matthew Perry is being mourned by celebrities. Perry passed away on Saturday, October 28, apparently from drowning. After receiving a call about a person experiencing cardiac arrest, police reportedly discovered the actor unconscious in a bathtub at a Los Angeles residence. Ian Ziering, a collaborator with […]

Efron continued, “To think he was thinking of me for that role, I mean I would be honored to do it, to be honest,” in a separate interview with Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday.

“I had the best time of my life working with him,” Efron continued, referring to Perry as “the best guy in the world” and telling the publication.

In the 2009 film 17 Again, Efron portrayed Mike O’Donnell, Perry’s younger role.

On October 28, Perry’s death was announced following what seemed to be a drowning at his Los Angeles residence. In a statement released on October 30, the Los Angeles Fire Department said that he was discovered “unconscious in a stand-alone jacuzzi.”

The statement went on, “Firefighters removed the man from the water upon their arrival after a bystander had brought his head above the water and gotten him to the edge.” Sadly, a quick medical examination found the individual had passed away before first responders could arrive.

Before a toxicology study is completed, Perry’s cause of death has not been disclosed.

Crosby exclusively told Us Weekly on November 1 that Perry “was in a good state of mind” prior to his death. In the final days before his passing, she spent time with the actor.

“He was quite happy to be hanging out and was talking the entire time. He was “talking about his life and sharing with me funny stories about his time in the industry,” she continued, calling it “great.”

After becoming well-known for playing Chandler Bing in the television series Friends, Matthew Perry never hesitated to talk openly about his personal troubles. For a period, when [fame] occurs, it’s similar to Disneyland. This sensation of “I’ve made it, I’m thrilled, there’s no problem in the world” lasted for me for almost eight months. [..]

He was talking about how happy he was to have a second act and how his acting goals had been hampered by problems, but he had overcome them all and was eager to get back into it full force, according to Crosby.

Along with having a great acting career, Perry was committed to supporting people who battled drug addiction.

“I don’t want Friends to be the first thing that people talk about when I die,” Perry stated in a November 2022 audio interview with Tom Power’s “Q.””I want to live the rest of my life proving that it should be the first thing mentioned.”

Our Matthew Perry-themed special issue is now available.
